most of my art is made using mspaint and a mouse (Logitech G502 LIGHTSPEED Wireless)
i commonly use mspaint for everything in my art including the backgrounds, but occasionally i will use paint.net or some other art program.
recently i've started using my tablet and firealpaca for my art because i really like the feel that the line weight gives.
for animation i mostly use scratch, aseprite, and flash cs6/animate in order from most to least used.
